BANCA CF+: 16.6 Million capital increase finalized

Milan, 23 January 2026 – On 23 January 2026, Banca CF+ S.p.A. completed its share capital increase, by fully subscribing approximately Euro 16.6 million in total.
Following the recent placement of an issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds, intended for qualified investors, for a total amount of Euro 40 million, Banca CF+ continues its capital strengthening process in connection with the public tender and exchange offer promoted on Banca Sistema S.p.A.
